Black Sweater
02:08
|
|||
Baby
I understand you’re gone
And believe me I’m moving on
But I want my black sweater
Oh baby
I know you love that sweater
And that it’s great for all kinds of weather
But you know on me it looks better
So la la la la la la la la la la
La la la la la la la la la la
La la la la la la la la la la
La la la la la Gimme back my black sweater
Baby
I know a sweater isn’t really my style
I only wear it every once in a while
But I want it back
Oh baby
We had our chance to reconcile
But now our stuff is sitting in two piles
And mine’s the one that’s black
So la la la la la la la la la la
La la la la la la la la la la
La la la la la la la la la la
La la la la la Gimme back my black sweater
Baby
I need you to return my property
Wrap up and mail my clothing back to me
Or you can send it FedEx
Oh baby
You’re the one that ended it with me
I know you loved that sweater more than me
But now I want it back
So la la la la la la la la la la
La la la la la la la la la la
La la la la la la la la la la
La la la la la Gimme back my black sweater

The Movie's Over
02:12
|
|||
I said Ba ba ba ba aby, baby the credits are rollin’
The money that we spent, well sadly it was stolen
Two tickets, popcorn, and a cup of soda
Just lying on the floor, both of them tipped over
I thought this would be a fun night for both
But you didn’t see a frame and now the movie’s over
I asked your father if I could take out his daughter
If this is the way dates go then I might as well not bother
You could have told me you just worked a double shift
But you came, sat down, passed out, and now I’m sitting here pissed
I’m on a date with you, but still a loner
I guess I’ve got to drive you home ‘cause now the movie’s over
I got got got a plan
For when we get together next week
Mid-afternoon take a nap nap nap
So on the date you don’t have to sleep
I said now please baby wake up you’re drooling on my hand
I took a picture of your face to post on Instagram
I’ll do my best to pick a more exciting movie
But it’s up to you to try to keep yourself from snoozing
The theater lights just got turned on by the owner
Guess it’s time to leave the room because the movie’s over

Robot Kit
01:59
|
|||
I created him
He's mine
He keeps
Perfect time
Liquid crystal
Display
Tell him I love him
Every day
Came in
A robot kit
I took extra
Time with it
Wanted to make sure
He came out right
He's only
Half my height
I named him
Zero Three
He looks a little
Like me
When he grows up
And I grow old
My grandkids
Will probably have him sold

Let Me Get On the Bus
02:40
|
|||
Please bus driver won’t you let me get on the bus?
I’ve been here so long that my face is covered with dust
I promise I’ll pay the fare
I can sit anywhere
The engine, the floor, the space by the door
I won’t even need a chair
So please bus driver, won’t you let me get on the bus?
I don’t want to be a bother, I don’t want to make a fuss
I promise I won’t make a scene
I don’t need a TV screen
I’m here in a scrape, I need to escape
I just need the chance to come clean
So please bus driver, won’t you let me get on the bus?
I hate to insist, but I have to get on, I must
Bus driver, won’t you let me?
How far can my money get me?
I’m begging you now get me out of this town
Even though you only just met me
Please bus driver, please bus driver, please bus driver won’t you let me get on the bus
Please, please, won’t you let me get on the bus?
Please, please, won’t you let me get on the bus?

Quick to Anger
02:30
|
|||
I see a flash in the back of my head
And it’s a sight that I’ve seen before
I need to take the time to calm the fuck down
But first it makes me want to even the score
All of a sudden I can see the crosshairs
And I know exactly where to aim
I can’t be certain that he’s done me wrong
But I know his mother’s maiden name
I’m real quick to anger and I’m quick to justice
But I’m slow in finding out what it’s really about
I’ve got a real hair trigger and a rage that’s getting bigger
But I don’t think about it till after I open my mouth
The one who wronged me he apologized
Besides it’s not like he’s really at fault
He’s just a victim of circumstances
He deserves the benefit of the doubt
But all this reason and this logic
It’s flowing right out the side of my head
There’s only one thought that’s sticking to me
It’s the fact that I want someone dead
I’m real quick to anger and I’m quick to justice
But I’m slow in getting to the real problem at hand
There’s a simple logical explanation
And they told me but I just don’t understand
I tried classes I tried therapy
Or just breathing slow and counting to ten
But my rage it’s deeply seated
And it targets both women and men
The evidence is largely circumstantial
Never hold up in a court of law
But that don’t matter to a rageaholic
I need justice and I need it raw
I’m real quick to anger and I’m quick to justice
But I’m slow in finding out what it’s really about
I got my pound of flesh and my opponent’s bested
But I don’t want to smile because I’d rather sit around and pout

But we can't print the lyrics, since those are a whole other ball of wax. Still, sing along if you know 'em!
